Booking Conditions:

Please call to discuss if you have any questions. No reservations will be guaranteed without a payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard and direct deposit. NO Cash facilities available.

Should you wish to pay by way of direct deposit, please contact our office for the appropriate details.

At our discretion any damage, loss or theft of property at the park will be charged to your credit card at full replacement cost.

Prices subject to change without notification.

Payment Due Dates:

Payments for sites during special events, public holidays, Christmas and Easter must be paid for prior to your arrival.

Minimum booking periods apply for certain special events/public holidays, Christmas and Easter. Contact us for details.

Cancellation Policy:

Full refund subject to $20.00 cancellation fee if more than 21 days notice given. No refund if less than 21 days notice is given. This does not apply to large special event bookings. Please contact us for these terms.

Refunds:

Occupying any of our accommodation for less time than originally booked, no refund is available.

Park Rules

  • Only one vehicle per site unless approved by management.
  • Visitors must check–in at reception on arrival and car parking will be arranged with management.
  • Speed limit in the park is strictly 8km/h, this includes bikes and scooters.
  • Helmets must be worn when riding bikes and scooters, no riding around amenities, reception, pool or cabins.
  • Strictly no washing of cars or vans permitted in the park.
  • Please check all hose connections have no leaks and are properly connected. *Power for a site must only be obtained from a single power point, no generators allowed to be used in the park.
  • All general rubbish to be placed in a sealed bag before putting in waste bins. Please recycle responsibly.
  • All children are to be accompanied by an adult when using amenities or pool.
  • All pets must always be on a lead. No runs allowed. All pet droppings are to be placed in a sealed bag, then place in our waste bins.
  • No glassware or pets permitted in pool area.
  • All park buildings, the areas around them, and the pool area are smoke-free zones.
  • Please do not remove any furniture, crockery, cutlery or towels from camp kitchen.
  • No fires allowed at powered sites. Communal Fire Pit located on edge of park.
  • No rubber matting or enclosed annexes’ on our grassed sites.

Pet Policy

Bringing Your Dog? Here’s What You Need to Know!

We love having furry friends around! To help make sure everyone—two-legged and four-legged—has a great time, please keep these simple guidelines in mind:

  • Dogs must be well-behaved, on a leash, and under your control at all times while in the park.
  • Please don’t leave your dog unattended, even at your site.
  • Pups aren’t allowed inside any park buildings, on decks, or in the pool area.
  • You can bring up to three dogs per site.
  • Always clean up after your dog—both in the park and around the neighbourhood.
  • Please don’t wash dog bedding or clothing in the park’s washing machines.
  • Keep barking to a minimum—no one likes being woken up by a noisy neighbour!
  • If your dog shows aggressive or destructive behaviour, we may need to ask you to leave (no refunds in this case).
  • You’re responsible for any damage or injury caused by your dog, and any costs may be added to your account.
